Harold McKinney started our farm in 1968 with a grant after the war and ran a successful dairy farm until 2019. Inflation left small farms behind and now we raise black Angus cattle and invite everyone to enjoy the farm and venue that we have been working on. For any occasion that you may have: birthday parties, weddings, business meetings, or to relax in the country and enjoy the space, hospitality, and freedom we are accustomed to here in the South. Our pumpkin patch, corn maze, and hayride are great for field trips. This is our 6th year working with McDowell County schools, churches, and special needs groups

We are parents and have safety in mind for everything we do on the farm, ensuring no one is in danger. We do require everyone entering the property to sign a waiver of liability for their party.
